摘要: Abstract Indium (In)-doped Tin (II) Sulfide (SnS) nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized by an ultra-sonication method and their optical, electrical, dielectric photocatalytic properties investigated. XRD patterns of the obtained NPs indicated formation orthorhombic polycrystalline SnS. Field emission scanning electron microscopy exhibited flower-like with particle sizes below 100 nm for both SnS In-doped samples. Optical analysis showed a decrease in energy band gap upon In doping. addition, electrical results demonstrated p-type nature enhanced conductivity due to increased tin vacancy. Dielectric experiments on suggested electronic polarizations effect be responsible changing particles, terms frequency. Finally, revealed that high degradation power can using NPs.
