摘要: Abstract A method has been developed for the extraction and immunoassay of salbutamol in liver. The procedure involves digestion liver with Subtilisin protease at pH 10.5, clarification by acid precipitation centrifugation. supernatant was concentrated onto a 2-g C 18 “Bond Elut” cartridge 9.1 ± 0.3, eluted 99.5% methanol eluate quantitated enzyme immunoassay. validated using tissues which had incurred spiked salbutamol. mean recovery from 1 μg kg −1 57 8% (S.D.). Statistical analysis results batches samples enabled calculation probability false negatives (sensitivity) positives (specificity) method. among containing 1% that 2.5%. used successfully on tissues, is routinely this laboratory screening taken compliance requirements EC Residues Directive (86/469).
