摘要: Exposure to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is known increase substantially the risk of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and/or perforation. A meta-analysis available epidemiologic studies has shown that there are wide differences between individual in inducing complications. Of NSAIDs common use, ibuprofen and diclofenac were found be associated with lowest relative risk; indomethacin, naproxen, sulindac, aspirin intermediate azapropazone, tolmetin, ketoprofen, piroxicam higher risk. Some these apparent toxicity may, however, dose related. The low complications appears attributable doses prescribed routinely clinical practice. Higher risks similar those naproxen indomethacin. Thus, as first-line treatment, patients should effective an NSAID a comparatively This reduce morbidity mortality from serious use drugs.
