摘要: On-line, continuous chemiluminescence detection has been recently applied to gravitational field-flow fractionation as a new method suitable for flow-assisted assays based on the separation between analyte in solution and bound micrometer-sized particles. In this work, flow coupled with off-line is exploited development of flow-assisted, multianalyte assays. Micrometer-sized, polystyrene beads coated enzymes detection, such horseradish peroxidase alkaline phosphatase, are used model samples. The high size-based selectivity specificity make possible, single run very short analysis time, simultaneous, sensitivity different linked size.
