摘要: Abstract Temperature treatment of 0–3 type PZT/cement composites before polarization yielded high dielectric and piezoelectric properties in materials with 50% PZT inclusions by volume cement matrix. Specimens were treated at seven temperatures from 23 °C to 150 °C then applied a 1.5 kV/mm poling field. The loss the reduces higher pretreatment temperatures, shorting trigger time. increased strain factor d 33 , relative constant e r voltage g composites, but did not affect significantly electromechanical coupling coefficient K t . Piezoelectric factors reach stable values after 70 days aging, samples that temperature pretreated reached earlier. exhibit  = 106.3 pC/N  = 477 on th aging day, almost two times greater than without treatment. resonance frequency 70th day decreases increasing temperature, exception 150 °C. can also improve phase angle composites. In addition, effect curing time for is an important dominate feasibility polarization.
