摘要: Mindfulness-based approaches are increasingly employed as interventions for treating a variety of psychological, psychiatric and physical problems. Such include ancient Buddhist mindfulness meditations such Vipassana Zen meditations, modern group-based standardized mindfulness-based stress reduction cognitive therapy, further psychological interventions, dialectical behavioral therapy acceptance commitment therapy. We review commonalities differences these regarding philosophical background, main techniques, aims, outcomes, neurobiology mechanisms. In sum, the currently applied show large in way is conceptualized practiced. The decision to consider practices unitary or distinct phenomena will probably influence direction future research.
