摘要: Aim. To compare two multi-dimensional questionnaires to measure cravings and urges for alcohol: the Alcohol Craving Questionnaire (ACQ: Singleton, Henningfield & Tiffany, 1994a) Desires (DAQ: Clark et al. , 1996). Design, setting participants. Both were administered, in a counterbalanced order, total of 380 recreational drinkers. In further study, shortened version DAQ was administered sample 131 drinkers attending AA or treatment centre. Exploratory factor analyses carried out on data relationships between questionnaire score other variables assessed. Findings. both instruments appeared have three-factor structure. The superior ACQ number respects: it produced more reliable factors; its structure accounted higher proportion variance; inter-correlations somewhat lower; combined analysis most factors retained came from DAQ; discriminated better binge non-binge excessive moderate A similar found alcoholic subjects with addition "controllability". Conclusions. results support multifactorial account alcohol craving, indicate that has some advantages over as research tool.
