摘要: Abstract The spectroscopic and structural morphology properties of the charge transfer (CT) complex anticholinergic drug clidinium bromide (CB) with picric acid (PA) have been studied in three polar solvents—acetonitrile (MeCN), methanol (MeOH) ethanol (EtOH)—at room temperature. formed CT each solvent was characterized both solution solid state using electronic, IR, 1H 13C NMR spectroscopies XRD, SEM, TEM, CHN elemental analyses. outcome suggests that formation is high less its morphologic characteristics are markedly affected by variation polarity. exhibited a significant microstructural change from tubal-like aggregates MeCN to mixed irregularly polygonal spherical shapes MeOH rounder spheres EtOH solvent.
