摘要: Abstract The chemistry of the charge transfer (CT) or proton (PT) interactions drugs has received considerable attention in chemistry, biology, pharmacology and medicine. current study focused on drug theophylline (TP) at nanoscale. CT PT nanoparticles TP with various organic acceptors were obtained by slow evaporation methanol–dichloromethane (1:1) as binary solvent system. structure morphology characterized physicochemical spectroscopic techniques, such UV–visible, IR, 1H NMR 13C spectroscopies; XRD; SEM; TEM; elemental thermal analyses. Notably, it been found that complexation an acceptor leads to highly organized a main diameter range 6–13 nm.
