摘要: Aim: To evaluate the morphological aspects of coronal dentinogenesis in first molars 1- and 5-day-old rats whose mothers were treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride during pregnancy. Methods: Twelve pregnant Wistar divided randomly into three groups: group C (control), FL (fluoxetine administered at 10 mg/kg bodyweight), FX 20 bodyweight). Saline (0.9%) solution or was subcutaneously for 21 days Subsequently, offspring these animals subdivided subgroups according to age tooth germ development be studied: 1 5 life. C1 C5 (control age); FL1 FL5 (groups FX5 FX1 mg/ kg age). Results: No structural changes dentin-pulp complex observed either dose. Conclusions: Fluoxetine, doses pregnancy this study, did not alter their offspring.
