摘要: OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanisms of tumor inhibiting and immunoloregulation Mylabris Mixture on H22 cancer-bearing mice. METHODS mice were chosen to observe effects detect proliferation function T lymphocytes, toxicity NK cells, changes lymphocytes contents interferon-gamma interleukin-4. RESULTS could obviously inhibit growth cancer in mice, inhibition rat was 65.76%. The stimulation index lymphocyte transformation percentage cells Mixture-treated group higher than those normal control group. subpopulation proportion changed more production interleukin-4 by increased (P<0.05, P<0.001). CONCLUSION has effect constitution, regulating immunological with tumor. Its include reinforcement immune function, cell killing humoral function.
