摘要: Objective: This study aimed to compare the effects of 24-h continuous femoral nerve block (CFNB) and periarticular infiltration analgesia (PIA) on postoperative pain functional results in first 6 weeks after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods: Sixty patients who underwent unilateral TKA were included this study. The divided into two groups: Group A received CFNB B PIA. Each patient 0.25% levobupivacaine 1:100,000 epinephrine as posterior capsule. patient-controlled (PCA) device was used for all patients, tramadol usage by recorded. We measured maximum range motion (ROM), using a visual analog scale (VAS), 2-min walk test (2MWT), scores Western Ontario McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC) Knee Society Score (KSS). Results: Compared with B, had lower opioid (p<0.05), less at rest passive movement active superior ROM (p<0.05). also better 2MWT 24 48 h surgery WOMAC KSS surgery. Conclusion: As long it is applied capsule, an effective safe method resulting comfort greater ROM. Furthermore, produces early period favorable side effect profile.
