摘要: Ulcerative lichen planus is a rare and chronic form of planus. The disease affects mainly the feet oral cavity. This not only extremely painful disabling, but carries hazards malignant transformation. Only nine patients described in literature had excision skin grafting their lesions, with good short long-term results. We present case report patient 27 years history ulcerative multiple recurrencies. an alternative method treatment culture epithelium allograft as temporary measure.
