Experiences with the Operation of a Commercially-Available Deep-Water AUV

摘要: The demand for deepwater (>1000 m) autonomous underwater vehicles is increasing but scientific applications are restricted due to complexity and cost of development operation. We have acquired a commercially-available deep- water AUV presently operating it from vessels opportunity. Experiences gained both the process field operations discussed generally applicable recommendations abstracted specific events.
