摘要: The recent reform of hospital financing increased the power incentives producers respond to. In meanwhile it made even more necessary to develop tools for productive efficiency analysis in sector. this paper we measure technical public Emilia-Romagna, between 1994 and 1995, with DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). particular, investigate how sensitive results are respect definition output. Moreover show test significance changes, as measured DEA, by using both parametric non tests. Results diffusely discussed interpreted. proposed approach, far could lead useful policy implications, seems definitely relevant.
