摘要: Materials and Methods: Rest dipyridamole stress perfusion imaging was performed on 10 healthy humans by administering gadolinium contrast using a dual-bolus protocol. Ventricular myocardial time-signal intensity curves were generated from series of T1-weighted images adjusted for surface-coil variations. Corrected signal then fitted fully quantitative model constrained deconvolution (MCD) to quantify MBF (mL/min/g) MPR. The results compared with semiquantitative enhancement ratio (CER) upslope index (SLP) measurements. Results: estimated MCD averaged 1.02 0.22 at rest 3.39 0.59 no overlap in measures. MPR 3.43 0.71, 1.91 0.65, 1.16 0.19 MCD, SLP, CER. Both parameters (SLP CER) significantly underestimated (P 0.001) failed completely discriminate perfusion. Conclusion: MRI fit within published ranges. Semiquantitative methods
