摘要: Based on phylogenetic analysis and chromosomal mapping, the orphan receptor RDC1 was proposed to be a chemokine receptor. In this study we examined expression of leukocytes by measuring mRNA levels using new specific mAb. Both protein were high in monocytes B cells, relatively low immature dendritic cells (DC), up-regulated during final stages maturation. Strikingly, mature plasmacytoid DC up-regulated, but did not correlate with surface expression. We indeed report that CpG-activated produce putative ligand for RDC1, which selectively down-regulates CXCR4 primary human cells. found tightly regulated cell development differentiation. blood-derived switch memory appeared ability differentiate into plasma upon activation, suggesting is marker are competent become Ab-secreting
