摘要: CHAPS, a surface-active derivative of the steroids' basic structure cholic acid {3-[(3-cholamidopropyl)dimethyl-ammonio]-1-propanesulfonate} has become very important material in biological and pharmaceutical application. Investigations adsorption properties aqueous, surface-chemically pure CHAPS solutions at air/water interface were performed using surface tension potential measurements. Unlike ordinary extended-chain surfactants, amphiphilic is prone to adopt different concentration-dependent states layer. These are well reflected isotherm electric properties. They explained by changes adsorbate molecule's orientation and/or conformation as result latter's area demand.
