摘要: La3+ and Pr3+ co-doped cerium oxide compositions were synthesized examined as prospective electrolytes for intermediate temperature solid fuel cells (IT-SOFCs) applications. The cubic fluorite structure was confirmed with powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) Raman studies. High-resolution scanning electron microscope (HR-SEM) micrographs depicted the distribution of particles in a narrowed manner on porous high-resolution transmission (HR-TEM) image exhibited are roughly spherical shape. Ultraviolet photoluminescence spectra affirmed formation oxygen vacancies. Thermal analysis at an range high thermal stability without any structural transitions decompositions. High expansion coefficient values observed range. ionic conductivity drastically enhanced incorporation dopant Ce0.8La0.1Pr0.1O2−δ electrolyte expressed highest 1.84 × 10−1 S/cm 600 °C. Hence, is excellent candidate IT-SOFC field.
