摘要: Abstract Blood cells from ten normal subjects, anticoagulated with dried sodium heparin, were washed twice phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and resuspended autologous plasma, serum, serum plus PBS. The resistance R p capacitance C m of these suspensions determined by measuring the impedances at three frequencies 100 kHz, 800 kHz 1.2 MHz, found to be dependent on proteins electrolytes suspending medium. Two same medium resistivity might have different resistances if contents two mediums are different. fibrinogen, proteins, heparin membrane contributed 20%, 14%, 2% 64%, respectively. For samples buffered citrate as anticoagulant in haematocrit range 30–60%, group PBS had a consistently decreased compared original group. Sodium seemed best when studying electrical impedance blood. influence result part altered interfacial polarisation. results useful for understanding origin blood, imply that measurement may an alternative method screening purposes diseases involve abnormal compositions certain plasma proteins.
