摘要: Background and Objective. Liver cancer is a highly malignant tumor, patients typically have poor prognoses. Metabolic reprogramming hallmark of cancer, downregulation oxoglutarate dehydrogenase-like (OGDHL) contributes to the onset progression several cancers. We examined role altered OGDHL expression in liver determined its value as diagnostic prognostic indicator for patients. Material Methods. R (version 3.5.1) extensions were used data mining The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) dataset (including RNAseq clinical information) statistical analysis. Receiver operating characteristic analysis was determine OGDHL. chi-squared test identify correlates downregulation. Survival (with log-rank test) univariate multivariate Cox evaluate effect on overall survival (OS) relapse-free survival. TCGA gene set enrichment. Results. had lower cancerous tissues than noncancerous adjacent tissues, low correlated with more advanced patient age, histologic grade, stage, T classification, Patients shorter OS Multivariate regression indicated that an independent risk factor prognosis. Gene enrichment mitotic spindle, G2M checkpoint, E2F targets phenotype. Conclusion. has potential biomarker cancer.
