摘要: This paper presents a theory of filamentation and stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) high-frequency electromagnetic radiation in weakly collisional plasma with ion-acoustic turbulence. When the square wavelength perturbations is less than product two mean free path lengths an electron respect to its collisions turbulent fluctuations electrons, influence cold highly electrons on parametric instabilities becomes apparent. It shown that turbulence lowers threshold, SBS threshold can be either lowered or raised. The dependence thresholds length anisotropy determined. corresponding spatial scale most efficiently growing filaments their growth rate are found.
