摘要: Measurements and calculations of the inverse bremsstrahlung absorption intense microwaves are presented. The isotropic component electron distribution becomes flat‐topped in agreement with detailed Fokker‐Planck calculations. plasma heating is reduced due to distributions show that heat flux at high microwave powers very large, qmax≊0.3 NeTe.
