摘要: This paper proposes a method for phase difference measurement based on the principle of progressive shift (PPS). A system PPS and implemented in FPGA chip is proposed tested. In realized system, fully programmable delay line (PDL) constructed, which provides accurate stable delay, benefitting from feed-back structure control module. The module calibrates according to process, voltage temperature (PVT) variations. Furthermore, modified double incorporated improve resolution. obtained resolution 25 ps. Moreover, resolution, 20 nm Xilinx Kintex Ultrascale platform, test results indicate that error clock synchronization within range ±5
