摘要: The present [3H]thymidine autoradiographic analysis of neurogenesis demonstrates that the neurons which populate adult cat hippocampus are born between embryonic day (E)22 and E42. In contrast, although neuronal production in fascia dentata begins on same day, granule cells this area continue to be produced throughout prenatal life into early postnatal life, probably continues at an extremely low rate well adulthood. Three major sets spatiotemporal gradients characterize Ammon's horn dentata. first set involves radial axis. Within there exists inside-out gradient. reverse gradient is dentata, i.e. outside-in. second transverse or rhinodentate general CA3 earlier than CA1 neurons. both layers hidden blade tend those exposed blade. Again, pattern proper. A temporal septal also present, but weakest gradients.
