摘要: A process for synthesizing advanced ceramics having superior microstructures and properties. Metal oxide powder particles are produced from solutions of soluble salts the respective metals by a spray decomposition process. The as-formed powders heated in an inert atmosphere at temperature below their sintering time sufficient to cause densify without sintering, densified is then compacted under high pressure finally sintered above that employed initial heating step. Products this possess magnetic structural uniformity, excellent grain structure, very mechanical strength relative prepared using heat treatment densification prior compacting
