In first case we talk about early, intrainfectious para-infectious nephritis, and latter, postinfectious glomerulonephritis. Early nephritis is caused with all certainty by primary toxic effects, while development glomerulonephritis antigen-antibody reaction plays decisive role. Since then number explanations have been put forward aetiology pathomechanism post-streptococcal including theory autoimmunization. Nevertheless, no final solution problem has reached. Some authors are opinion autoimmunization not cause but consequence renal disease.
