摘要: Cytoreductive surgery (CRS) + hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) has had a significant impact in the management of peritoneal surface malignancies nongynecologic origin. It improved quality and quantity life for these patients. Evidence median survival been observed independent origin carcinomatosis, this treatment paradigm resulted measurable 5-yr diseases where it did not exist before use CRS HIPEC.
