摘要: For more than a century the origin of metazoan animals and for less three years early evolution Hox genes has been debated. Both discussions are intrinsically tied together. New data from whole genome sequencing recent progress in phylogeny basal metazoans allow to provide an answer. The diploblastic (Placozoa, Porifera, Ctenophora Cnidaria) Bilateria (all higher animals) went parallel. split these two lineages led system presence Hox-like Cnidaria Placozoa.
