摘要: Abstract We have established a highly sensitive semi-nested PCR assay for the detection of H. pylori infection using gastric juice samples, which can be aspirated with disposable nasogastric tubes. The primers targeting urease A gene were designed based on sequence conservation analysis sixteen strains isolated from Japanese patients. efficacy assay, designated as URA-PCR, was confirmed by in vitro and vivo assessments. Its sensitivity 97.5% samples forty patients proven infection, significantly higher than that obtained previously described assays.
