摘要: CagA-positive H. pylori is reported to be associated with gastroduodenal disease in Western countries. To evaluate the relationship between CagA and disease, cloning of entire cagA gene (3771 bp), insertion a partial fragment (1272 bp) into an expression vector, purification recombinant protein, production antibody against protein through rabbits, use as antigen, detection anti-CagA by western blotting were all performed. Sera 132 pylori-infected patients undergoing endoscopy studied. Anti-CagA antibodies detected 90%, 87%, 94%, 93% gastric ulcer (N = 34), duodenal 27), chronic gastritis 31), cancer 17), normal mucosa 15), respectively. High seropositivity even individuals indicated that may not unique marker for infection Japan.
