摘要: To evaluate the role of different strains Helicobacter pylori on recurrence gastric ulcer, we divided H. into four types (I, II, III, and IV) according to urease B gene using polymerase chain reaction–restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The relationship between ulcer prevalence was studied in 32 patients with benign open ulcers upper gastrointestinal endoscopy. rate significantly lower type II than I, IV (P < 0.05). Using Mongolian gerbils, an animal model infection, also showed that occurrence ulceration following restraint water-immersion stress compared I III. These data indicate context recurrence, it is not necessary eradicate during infection II.
