摘要: A large body of evidence from epidemiological and preclinical studies have shown that nonsteroideal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) a chemopreventive effect on gastrointestinal cancers and, more specifically, in colorectal cancer. This review highlights recent advances our understanding the role NSAIDs cancer prevention adjuvant treatment. Moreover, we focused randomized controlled assessing their efficacy to prevent adenoma recurrence reduction incidence mortality but also cardiovascular side effects. Among NSAIDs, almost unique agent with potential use as is aspirin at low dose since it has both no risk. Furthermore, secondary diseases, this drug carries particular attractive intervention for selected populations. Nevertheless, before can be prescribed, further are necessary define some important questions, specially most appropriate time population who may benefit it.
