摘要: Cytogenetic studies were performed in 18 consecutive children with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) between 1981 and 1983. Three myelomonocytic (AMMoL; M4, FAB classification) had the following unique bone marrow morphology cytogenetic abnormality: eosinophilic precursors dysplastic violaceous granules a pericentric inversion of chromosome 16. Surface marker analysis leukemic cells from these patients, using panel monoclonal antibodies, revealed expression series monocyte markers. The association an 16 abnormal eosinophil M4 subtype ANLL appears to represent subgroup patients.
