摘要: High throughput cDNA sequencing and 5′-rapid amplification of ends (5′RACE) isolated two cDNAs that shared the same open reading fragment (ORF). Northern blot analysis with fetal brain mRNA blots detected transcripts length 3.2 kb 2.2 respectively. The ORF encodes a 291 residues putative protein shares great homology hRALY hnRNPC. So it was named like protein, hRALYL. Expression pattern by multiple-issue (MTC) panel based RT-PCR. It revealed hRALYL were expressed ubiquitously in human tissues different intensities. transcript is highest brain. Blast found corresponding to contig NT_008292, which gene containing at least 9 exons located on chromosome 8q21.13-8q21.2. might be member hnRNPC subfamily.
