摘要: The problem of anisotropic reflectance in mountainous terrain is well known. It was required to determine the efficacy correction (ARC) imagery acquired over western Himalaya. Minnaert procedure evaluated using a single constant ( k ), locally computed s and land cover-computed s. Findings illustrate need for computing s, such that caused by topography cover accounted for. This resulted significant reduction topographic effect. results indicate values can be used effectively correction.
