摘要: Increasing areal densities on the order of I Gbit/in2 in magnetic disk drives demands use supersmooth substrates which can, however, lead to a severe sticlion problem. A practical solution involves creation bumps dedicated landing zone near inner diameter using focused laser beam. The tribological performance laser-textured depends size and number its surface. large asperities (bumps) can result high force.
