摘要: AbstractFriction/stiction behaviour of ultrahigh-density magnetic disk drives can be controlled by controlling the size and shape laser bumps. Tribological laser-textured surfaces depends on bumps, bump density operating conditions. In this study, theoretical experimental analyses have been carried out nine different surfaces. Stiction friction experiments sombrero, V-type W-type disks these results are compared with results. A good correlation is obtained between The effect uniformity critical number bumps required to prevent plastic deformation stiction has also studied.
