摘要: Accurate delineation of the volumetric motion left ventricle (LV) heart from tagged magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an important area research. The authors have built a system that takes extracted tag line features short axis (SA) and long (LA) image sequences as input fits four-dimensional (4-D) time-varying B-spline model to data by simultaneously fitting knot solids MRI frames via matching three solid planes LV for 4-D tracking. Important advantages are reconstruction surfaces, three-dimensional (3-D) material point localization, well displacement all achieved in single step. generated 3-D fields validated with cardiac simulator, capturing vivo deformations porcine posterolateral myocardial infarction illustrated.
