摘要: In this article we present QoSPlan--a measurement based framework for preparing information relevant to Quality of Service (QoS)-aware IP network planning, which aims at reducing a core operational expenditure the operator. QoSPlan is designed reduce cost deployment and maintenance monitoring systems. The process involves analysis pre-existing accounting data estimate network-wide traffic matrix. Part estimation relates generalization QoS-related effective bandwidth coefficients taken from analyzed on network. We offer recommendations how appropriately realize maximize its accuracy effectiveness when applied different scenarios. This achieved through thorough sensitivity methods proposed using real scenarios indicative topologies. also provide an economic costs associated with in comparison direct approach, demonstrating savings up 60 % given topology sizes.
