摘要: A CEC monolithic column with strong cation-exchange (SCX) stationary phase based on hydrophilic monomers was prepared by in situ polymerization of acrylamide, methylenebisacrylamide, and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) a complete organic binary porogenic solvent consisting DMSO dodecanol.
