摘要: Spheronization is an agglomerative size enlargement process for producing spherical agglomerates that have many technological and therapeutical advantages. Rotary processing efficient multistage, single-pot spheroid production method. The rotary processor can be used production, drying as well coating. In the course of centrifugal, fluidizing, gravitational forces act upon product from different directions collectively contribute to formation during processing. outcome depends on complex interactions between equipment, formulation, variables.
