Interaction Between Free Carriers of Organic Conductors and Localized Moment on Magnetic Anions

摘要: Abstract Crystals of (BEDT-TTF)nXm, where X is an anion having magnetic moment, have different stoichiometries and structural motifs depending on the size anions their coordination geometry. Their electrical properties are predominantly semiconducting except for one salt which metallic down to 200mK. The large gap salts dominated by moments metal do not show any observable interaction between spin systems [e.g. (BEDT-TTF)2FeCI4 θ -6K). Those small semiconductors indicate there some exchange (BEDT-TTF)6(CuBr4)2 -107K). In case salt, (BEDT-TTF)3 CuCl4.H2O, two independent (θ∼+1K).
