(BEDT-TTF)2GaCl4: Structure, electrical and magnetic properties

摘要: Abstract We report the synthesis, crystal structure, electrical transport and magnetic properties of (BEDT-TTF) 2 GaCl 4 . It crystallises in a triclinic system, P 1 , =31.911, b =16.580, c =6.645 A α=98.15, s=85.60, γ=90.55°, Z =4 V =3470 3 with stacks twisted dimers. σ RT (to c) = 0.1 Scm −1 E 0.21 eV. The susceptibility is anisotropic; χ(to behaves as 1D antiferromagnetic chain χ( to activated ∼ 9meV.
