摘要: Die mediale Schenkelhalsfraktur hat eine mit dem Lebensalter steigende Inzidenz. Da das Kopffragment bei dieser intrakapsularen Fraktur von der Durchblutung abgeschnitten werden kann, ist die Femurkopfnekrose- und Pseudarthroserate hoch. Sie steigt zunehmendem Lebensalter, Dislokationsgrad Intervall bis zur operativen Stabilisierung. Bei jungen Patienten 60 Jahren sollte varisch eingestauchten undislozierten Frakturen Osteosynthese in situ erfolgen Teilbelastung behandelt werden. alteren dislozierten primar endoprothetische Versorgung erfolgen, da Komplikationsrate geringer Mobilisation unter Vollbelastung kann. sehr alten schlechter Knochenqualitat, nicht Lage sind, durchzufuhren, selbst Prothese zu erwagen.
