摘要: Abstract Background Despite substantial attention devoted to the development of individualised care in recent years, there is a lack coherent information and empirical research assessing driving restraining forces that promote impede its implementation. Objectives The aim this integrative literature review describe for implementation nursing from nurse's point view. This useful clinical identifying areas future research. Design An review. Data sources analysis studies reviews derived MEDLINE, CINAHL databases EMB Reviews – Cochrane Database Systematic (individual* & nurse, earliest through April 2008) was conducted focusing on which used nurses as informants. final sample 43 articles published English adult patients view retrieved after two-stage process. Review methods included three steps. Firstly, full texts eligible were read. Secondly, forces, respectively or delivery identified listed working sheet. A total nine categories identified. Thirdly, sheet completed summarising found reviewed listing authors. Results Nine describing both identified: (1) personal characteristics, (2) skills enhancement, (3) ethical issues, (4) interventions, (5) patient (6) organisation work, (7) staffing, (8) team work group dynamics, (9) leadership management. Conclusions body knowledge results inform practice education better use force order provide maximise good outcomes.
