摘要: The presence of trace metals in landfill soil and plants pose a risk to the environment human health. This study was conducted determine metal concentrations different plant parts that grow Amin Bazar landfill, Bangladesh, evaluate possible health on consumer. collected samples were analyzed for using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. mean found following order: zinc (Zn) > manganese (Mn) lead (Pb) copper (Cu) chromium (Cr) nickel (Ni). Considering all selected species, Zn Ni Mn Cu. On other hand considering measured metals, accumulation trend species Carica papaya Enhydra flactuans Amaranthus gangeticus Ipomoea aquatica Sesbania cannabina Musa sapientum. Pb Cr not accumulated studied species. Translocation factor (TF), bioaccumulation (BAF) coefficient (BAC) calculated assessment mobility from root shoot, shoot whole plant, respectively. TF values showed effectively translocate roots shoots, suggesting they are suitable phytoextraction. According BAF excluders except Ni, according BAC, hyperaccumulators Ni. daily intake index indicated there is relative absence risks associated with ingestion contaminated edible plants.
