摘要: Abstract The aim of this paper is to minimize the total cost system by incorporating wind power and plug-in-electric vehicles (PEVs) along with demand response (DR) program. methodologies have proposed in contrast conventional algorithm which transmission line investment has been minimized without considering dynamism deregulated environment. Moreover, network planning enhances competitiveness market, where more market players can participate. In situation, planner an important role assessing needs for investments. Now-a-days practice utilize renewable resources, PEVs implementation different electricity price tariffs. To achieve benefits energy, their optimal utilization a major concern. This proposes mathematical model solving combined effect integration incentive-based DR program on static expansion (STNEP) problem. solve non-linear non-convex problem, nature-inspired optimization named gbest-guided artificial bee colony (GABC) applied due its robustness. algorithm’s performance evaluated through modified IEEE 24-bus, Brazilian 46-bus Colombian 93-bus system. test results indicate that DR, reduced significantly.
