摘要: This paper presents a locking detector used as first stage in the frequency calibration techniques for Multi-Frequency Injection Locked Oscmators (MFILO). It provides high detection level and relaxes design constraints on circuit that follows. technique will allow lower levels of power consumption with smaller occupied area circuits.
