摘要: Introduction: Obesity is associated with a number of diseases resulting from the excessive amount adipose tissue. The aim this study was to investigate correlation between quantity tissue and prevalence metabolic disturbances, concentration of adipokines proinflammatory cytokines in obese or overweight patients. Material methods: Fifty-five middle-aged subjects body mass index (BMI) > 25 kg/m 2 took part study. Twenty-three healthy people normal BMI formed control group. Twenty-one study group were on low-calorie diet. All subjects underwent anthropometric assessment, laboratory investigations, blood-pressure examination. Results: Patients obesity overweight, comparison those BMI, showed insulin resistance higher high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), interleukin 6 (Il-6). concentration of adiponectin was significantly lower group. The patients diet had concentrations leptin when compared other people; moreover, a trend towards decreased hs-CRP seen. A significant positive observed. serum adiponectin inversely correlated with that TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, PAI-1. Conclusions: results may suggest beneficial impact slowing down inflammatory processes. observed negative inflammatory confirm the anti-inflammatory activity adipokine.
